Hi, I'm working with a company that's fairly new to Jive and wants to be more strategic/robust in its use of points and badges. We'd really appreciate examples of how other companies are using points/badges and how and if you're incentivizing them. Onboarding is an obvious application, but what do you do beyond that for overall engagement?

People asked me why they can only mark a comment as 'useful' and not the content type itself? Can anyone explain? I did not find it back in the documentation. I have added a list of colleagues as Admins (Manage Space + Full control) at the Space Permissions level, this enables them to create Spaces. But they can't create User Groups which would then be linked to the spaces they have created. Where do I need to give them permission to be able to Create User Groups? Not sure what is going on it's never happened before and no one else is having the issue on their pages. I am adding an image for the banner, it shows up. I hit save and it goes to the page and the banner is there. I try to go to the page from IR and Chrome from my PC and I have a couple of other people check it, everything is fine and the banner… Show more
This API returns activities in descending order of updated time. We want them to be in ascending order. Is there any way to get it done?
So I've got a need to allow users to create a backup of the contents of a formatted text widget. The code creates the backup just fine but I find the anchor link hrefs become corrupted in that the protocol is stripped off the front and the full jive environment's domain is pre-pended to each href.
