We fetch groups using Jive API and some time ago we've started getting an error:
We're sorry but a serious error has occurred in the system.*
while we are going through the pages coming to the start index 700 - https://sandbox.jiveon.com/api/core/v3/places?sort=titleAsc&fields=%40all&filter=type%28group%29&count=20&startIndex=700
It looks like some inconsistent data was committed to sandbox causing HTTP 500 Internal Server Error we see in the response.
Is it possible to somehow fix/clean this data? It looks like a regular user can't do this, maybe Jive sandbox admins could help us? This feature is blocking our integration with one of our customers.
